Product Description HAYNES® Waspaloy Fin Folded Sheet is a high-strength nickel-base superalloy designed for extreme high-temperature environments, offering excellent oxidation resistance, thermal stability, and creep-rupture strength up to 870-980°C (1600-1800°F). This folded fin sheet is specially fabricated from high-purity Waspaloy alloy and is widely used in gas turbines, aerospace combustion systems, high-temperature heat exchangers, thermal shields, and industrial furnace equipment. The material is precipitation-hardening strengthened by γ′ (Ni(Al,Ti)), providing outstanding structural stability and exceptional resistance to thermal fatigue, making it ideal for high-heat-flux fin applications. We supply Waspaloy fin sheets with full process support: precision folding, customized thickness, width, and fin geometry.
